One thing I can't wait to say... after all was said and done- except one poor tech working until 530pm on Rob's car- the service folks told me that ALL the participants were great, they had a blast too, and they wished all their customers were as nice as all of us.

Just got home from my first Z3 "event." Fixit day was a great initiation. I want to thank everyone, especially Rachel for arranging it and the wonderful people at Daniels BMW. They were sincerely nice!
