Just did mine last month using the Behr line of products entirely - so far no bad luck like Shawn.
I Cleaned, then Etched, then Primed, then painted with their 1 part "Epoxy" finish. LOTS of work, but so far the results have been great. Bought supplies at Home Depot, spent about $150 to do a three car garage.
