I work in a 2.5 miles complex, so picture the SQft. of the place more than 15K people work, walk, drive there, now what this Co. use on their cement floors the stuff is call AKROL is water base tile and hard floor sealer very easy to apply just wash the floor, rinse and when dry mop with Akrol let dry for a couple of hours and then ready to drive, walk etc, etc. It even shines, don't know exactly where to get the stuff though.
