Oh, the quoted figures were for 684 sq. ft.; and, in 1995 $$$, as ec *lived* with the flooring ~ a year before the article ran. Adjust accordingly.

Found that ec article (July '96); and, yeah, they spent $750 for materials, including sander rental, and $100 for misc.

FWIW, in the event that you plan on going the business expense route, they used the "TC-200 Broadcast floor system from Precision Epoxy Products - 770.489.0340
