Yup, I figured that was going to be the case. :(

This stuff was supposed to be industrial strength for use in 'Concrete floors in shops, factories & commercial garages.'

I wouldn't want to think of what the non-industrial strength stuff would be like....

Got it at Home Depot but I doubt they will have much to say about it.
