Service Kudos to BMW of Fairfax (archive)

Took my Z3 into BMW of Fairfax last week to attend to a number of warranty issues that had been building over the past year. None critical to the car's drivability, but important to its use and enjoyment. Frankly, I was skeptical of the service I might receive. But have to say that BMW of Fairfax handled all my problems as well or better than I could have expected. Asst Service Mgr, Rob Huxhold, was very helpful. Knowledgable and great attitude!

We often enough knock poor service, just thought I'd praise good service.
