If you are lucky enough to live in Houston, you'd have three BMW dealers, two of which, so far are good. I had a small warranty issue with the headliner side spring and tab, but my regular dealer, Advantage, was swamped this morning. I could have driven it anyway but i had a few hours to kill and pulled into Intercontinental BMW to see if they could fix it today. One hour later, they had it fixed and I was on the way!!!! It comes in a repair kit...new spring and grommet,etc. While, I was there, i was introduced to every dept. Impressive!! I wish American car dealers had been half as kind as this BMW dealer is!!
