Great Dealer Service in St Louis (archive)

I'm sure everyone has experienced crappy treatment from an auto dealer. I, however, just received great service and treatment from the Bimmer service center from Plaza Motors of St. Louis. (and I DID NOT purchase my car there!)
I have a mysterious ignition problem with my '96 1.9l. After my car was towed to their facility, Plaza got me in the first day. After the car started up like a champ, they tried for two days to get the car to repeat its starting problems.
They were unsuccessful in their attempts. However, they did change out an oxygen sensor that had been recalled. Plus, they charged me NOTHING for 2 days of attempted diagnostics, and returned my car, washed. Kudos to Harry, Mike and John at Plaza Motors in St. Louis
