it is small difference but still let me feel uncomfortable for a new car like this. I just got a e-mail from BMWNA this afternoon and they tried to contact dealer to find out the problem. Don't try to fix by yourself because the shop forman didn't even know how to do it. As I said before, there are bunch of 2002 X5 have the same problem in dealer's parking lot. Maybe BMW will find out the way to fix it after several owners complain about it.
