Just take a look at the brackets holding the bumper and get some washers from Home Depot to even it out. 20cents fix.

To the guy awhile back who wanted to declare lemon law because of the uneven bumper ( I think its Jerry), BMW is NOT going to write that off in California because 1) It's not a major issue. 2) To declare lemon your x5 have to be in at service 4+ times for the same issue and have a total of 30+ days in service in a year.

In other words, really hard to declare Lemon Law as I have learned from lemon lawing my Audi a4.

See Josh, if I had to apply a "20 cent fix" with some "washers from Home Depot" I'll just buy a Kia for $9,999, instead of plucking down $40K on a BMW. I appreciate the insight nonetheless...
