i get pissed at my dealer when they take consistently 3 more days to do anything. but they do give me a 2002 325i with full gas tank.when i had a breakdown,they reimbursed my taxi home or would have paid for enterprise to drop off a rental car at my location.i didnt want a grand am so i took the taxi and they had a 325i dropped off at my house the next day.
i would expect no less!! i dont consider this exceptional but normal for a high end marque.
