Race Marque's supercharger package delivers outstanding performance

Whether it's blistering acceleration on the open road, or your daily commute to and from work, the RMS system is the popular choice. Delivering performance without sacrificing the BMW driving experience is the dictating factor in our designs. Race Marque's many years of experience with forced induction tuning shows in the details of our M3 system. The package features a gear driven Vortech supercharger prepared to RMS specifications which is rated to have the highest efficiency on the market. Engineered for heavy duty service, the gear drive design eliminates the possibility of internal drive belt failure, a problem the plagues many of the M3 supercharger kits currently on the market. Supercharger oiling is integrated with the engine's lubrication system minimizing the need for maintenance and maximizing the lifespan of the supercharger. |

Utilizing the finest materials available, the impellers are
investment cast of a proprietary aluminum alloy, precision
machined, heat-treated to T6 hardness and x-rayed for flaws.
The gearcases and volutes are cast from 356 aircraft specification
aluminum alloy; heat-treated to T6 hardness. The gears are made
of 9310 carbonized steel, providing a very hard wear resistant
surface.
Brackets and pulleys are CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminum, and hard surface anodized for wear and appearance. The intake and discharge system is constructed of mild steel tubing, finished in RMS Black Hammer Tone. High temperature silicone hose attaches the tubing, providing a consistent look. Larger Bosch injectors replace the stock units and custom RMS software stands in command of the fuel and ignition system, eliminating the need for control systems. The system is tuned to optimize fuel enrichment and ignition timing with safeguards to protect the engine from detonation. With all the contributing factors, the RMS system is the perfect recipe for the enhancement of the BMW driving experience. |
